The appearance of the counsel for the State has been wrongly reflected in the said order. Mr. Siddharth Dubey, Dy. Govt. Advocate represented the case, however, the name of another counsel has been reflected.

Accordingly, the Order dated 20.07.2020 stands modified to the extent that the appearance of counsel for the State shall be read as "Mr. Siddharth Dubey, Dy. Govt. Advocate" instead of "Mr. Jitendra Pali, Dy. Advocate General".

Let a copy of this Order be made a part of record of WPC No. 3132 of 2016.
