Agrawal Order On Board 19/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed work within stipulated time, but the respondent authorities have not made payment in this regard after lapse of more than four years, therefore, he may be permitted to make representation to the competent authority for redressal of grievance. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievances. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the competent authority and in turn, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
