1. The issue brought before this Court is about non payment of salary from the month of August, 2016 till date. Petitioner has also prayed for her posting at any place which is proximate to her residence at Durg.

2. Considering, the limited nature of relief prayed for in this petition, it is deemed appropriate that the petition is disposed of with direction that in the event, petitioner prefers representation before the competent authority within 15 days from today raising her grievances in detail, the said authority shall consider and decide her representation at the earliest preferably within the next 6 weeks.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
