Agrawal Order On Board 17/11/2017 (1) This writ petition is directed against the order dated 23.01.2017 passed by respondent No.1-State Information Commission, Raipur dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner herein. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the State would support the impugned order.
(4) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
impugned order.
(5) The State Information Commission, Raipur has clearly recorded a finding that all the informations sought for have already been supplied to the petitioner and no information can be supplied after undertaking investigation and after creating the information in which I do not find any jurisdictional error in the impugned order. (6) Consequently, the writ petition deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
