2. Mr. Parag Kotecha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has died and his legal representatives, if any, have not approached for further prosecution of this petition. Therefore, petition be dismissed with liberty granted to the legal representatives of the petitioner, if any, to proceed further in accordance with law.

3. As the prayer is fair and reasonable, the aforesaid liberty is granted.
