The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 218/2015 registered in Police Station Bilha, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 420, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case the applicant prepared a forged certificate that he is a deaf and dumb and thereby collected Rs.300/- from the different persons so as to help him for school. Subsequently, it was found that such certificate is forged and applicant was arrested. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been arrested on 29/08/2015 and only Rs.300/- had been collected and charge sheet has been filed, therefore, the applicant may be released on bail. 4.
Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Taking into account degree of allegation, charge sheet having been filed and applicant is in jail since 29/08/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the
applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
