1. This is an application for restoration of FAM No. 145/2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 16.08.2017.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and FAM No. 145/2015 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject however, on payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society within a period of one week.
