The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 730/2015 registered in Police Station Bemetara, Distt. Bemetara (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 380 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case a report was made by Dr. Satish Kumar Sharma that while he was looking after the patient from the table of his chamber in hospital two mobiles were stolen. Subsequently, on the basis of the call detail applicant was arrested who was working as compounder.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and charge sheet in this case has been filed, therefore no further evidence is required, the applicant may be released on bail.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of this case, degree
of allegations, charge sheet having been filed and applicant is in jail since 19/12/2015, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.
Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
