1. The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 19.09.2020 in connection with Crime No. 541/2020 registered in Police Station- City Kotwali, District Mungeli (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (3), 450/34 of IPC; Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

2. The first and second bail applications of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide orders dated 15.12.2020 & 21.06.2021 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 9101/2020 & M.Cr.C. No. 1365/2021.

3. Today, none appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the third round.

4. In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the bail application for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the third bail application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Sd/- (Gautam Chourdiya) Judge vatti
