1. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the Tehsildar Pussore, District Raigarh whereby their application for mutation has been closed on the ground of pendency of land acquisition proceeding.

2. Let the petitioners prefer an appeal before the appellate authority under Section 44 of the CG Land Revenue Code, 1959 within a period of 4 weeks from today. On such appeal being preferred, the appellate authority shall consider and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months.

3. With aforesaid direction/observation, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
