This is second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC. 2.

Earlier first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05/03/2019 passed in MCRC No. 687/2019 considering prima facie case against them.

Counsel for the applicants submitted that the case is fixed for final argument hence he wants to withdraw this bail application. He further submitted that trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the matter as soon as possible.
