1. Anjuman Islamiya Committee, Kanker has made an application to the Collector, North Bastar Kanker under Section 68(2) of the Waqf Act, 1995 for handing over the charge of the Anjuman
Islamiya Committee from respondents No.6 and 7, which has not been considered and decided till this date.
2. Be that as it may, the Collector, North Bastar Kanker is directed to consider and decide the application of the Anjuman Islamiya Committee expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the parties.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
