Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to correct the typographical mistake, as Municipal Council has been shown which is likely Municipal Corporation.

He is directed to correct the same during the course of day. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite work done by the petitioner, Municipal Corporation is not releasing the amount and only part of the amount is released and without any rhyme or reason rest of the amount has been held back. He submits that he has made representations on 4/05/2017 and 18/08/2017 and Municipal Corporation may be directed to decide the same objectively. 4.

Considering the facts and documents of this writ petition, it appears that part of the amount has been released. Considering the submission made, Municipal Corporation is directed to decide the representation which is pending with the Corporation within a period of three weeks from

the date of receipt of copy of this order.
