By way of instant petition, prayer is made that despite request made by the petitioner to grant of permission to the institute for pursuing clinical training course of the nurse with respondent No.4 Government Maharani Hospital, Jagdalpur, the students who have been imparted education of nursing by the petitioner/institute they are not allowed to do so. Consequently, neither would be beneficial to the student of petitioner nor to the State. He submits that earlier also permission was granted though there were certain delay but permission eventually was granted . He submits that representation has already been made, therefore
respondent No.1 may be directed to decide representation of the petitioner in an objective manner.

Learned State counsel do not object to any of the prayer made about deciding any represenation, however he submits that they may be directed to make fresh representation.

In view of the submission made, if fresh representation is made within a period of 7 days, respondent No.1 is directed to decide the same in an objective manner within further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation.
