ORDER

21.08.2020 Heard

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-I on 20.06.2008, thereafter, after obtaining the permission to appear in the fresh recruitment from the Department, he appeared in the recruitment process of Assistant Block Education Officer (A.B.E.O.) and he was selected on 26.09.2015 to the post of A.B.E.O. Subsequently since the petitioner has rendered the service from 2008, he claimed for higher pay-scale according to the different guidelines and directions/ circulars issued by the State, but the same was not considered and eventually he preferred a representation to

-2the respondent No.3 through proper channel, which remains undecided till date.

2. Since the limited prayer has been made that the representation of the petitioner may be decided within a stipulated time, without any observation on the merit of this case and right of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent No.3, Director, Directorate of Public Instruction, within a period of 3 weeks and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
