(1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that the impugned order dated 04.08.2017 passed by respondent No.3-Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), District Raigarh is appealable under the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System Control (Order), 2016 before the Collector, Raigarh. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit

that the petitioners may be permitted to file an appeal before the Collector, Raigarh.

(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) Be that as it may, the petitioners are permitted to file an appeal under Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System Control (Order), 2016 before the Collector, Raigarh. If such appeal is filed by the petitioner and, in turn, the Collector, Raigarh shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
