2. State counsel submits that as per report received from central jail Ambikapur, Appellant has been released from jail after undergoing entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

3. Since, Appellant has completed the entire jail sentence, therefore, now he doesn't want to press this appeal and seeks Court's permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.
