This appeal is against the order of the learned Single Judge who refused to interfere with an administrative decision shifting the official from one place to another. As rightly noted by the learned Single Judge, there is no ground to interfere as of now. The learned counsel for the Appellant seeks for withdrawal of this appeal without prejudice to the Appellant making representation in future regarding the place of posting.
