Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 18/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for replacement of permit is pending consideration before Regional Transport Authority, Jagdalpur since 26.04.2017 and therefore, direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, Regional Transport Authority, Jagdalpur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation after hearing the effective parties expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
