At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the parties that the matter may be disposed of by directing the Court below to dispose of the matter, M.J.C.No.597/2015 (Shubhang Mishra Vs. Vinita Mishra), within a reasonable period.

On due consideration, after perusal of the entire facts and the submission, the instant criminal revision is disposed of without any appreciation on its merit. The Court below is directed to dispose of the said M.J.C.No.597/2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months from the next date of hearing.
