1. Petitioner is aggrieved by the resolution passed by the Board of Secondary Education (for short 'the Board'), whereby the Board has
expressed that the State Government would be competent to initiate appropriate proceedings against the petitioner for his alleged financial irregularity committed in the year 2012-13, when he was posted as Chairman of the Board.
2. Material submitted along with the writ petition would not indicate that the State Government has initiated any action against the petitioner, therefore, there is no cause of action for filing the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as premature. However, petitioner would be at liberty to move before the appropriate forum having jurisdiction in the matter, in the event any action is initiated by the State Government.
