(2) Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 would submit that the second appeal filed by the petitioner has already been passed by the Chhattisgarh State Information Commission, Raipur and held that the as document sought by the petitioner is not traceable, which has not been challenged in the instant petition.

(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition.
