Agrawal Order On Board 25/09/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by the order dated 13.05.2017 (Annexure P/8), penal rent has been enhanced from 32 times to 64 times by the respondent authorities for which the petitioner has made representation before the respondent authorities, which is still pending since long and the petitioner has also made representation to implement the house rent scheme, which has also not been considered and implemented.

(2) Mr. Kashif Shakeel, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 & 2, would submit that the petitioner's representation would be decided, expeditiously within a period of three months from today.

(3) In view of submission made by learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 & 2, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
