The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners have preferred an application before the respondent No. 3-Sub Divisional officer, (Revenue) for impleadment as party but is pending consideration since long and it has not been considered and decided by the respondent No. 3-Sub Divisional officer, (Revenue) till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3-Sub Divisional officer,

(Revenue) is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
