1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was initially appointed in the year 2012 to the post of Statistics Investigator with the respondent No.4 i.e. Joint Director/District Planning, Economics & Statistics on contract basis and his services were extended from time to time. Thereafter, all of a sudden he was not allowed to mark his attendance after 18.06.2019 though he was not served with any order of termination. He would further submit that

under those circumstances, the petitioner has made a representation to the Collector, Gariyaband on 20.07.2019 ventilating the grievance and he prays that the same may be directed to be decided.

3. Considering the prayer made and since the pleadings are vague in the petition, at this stage, considering the plight of the petitioner, he is given liberty to make afresh representation to the respondent No.3 raising all these grievance along with the relevant documents within a period of two weeks from today and if such representation is filed, the respondent No.3 shall decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
