In an application for maintenance filed by the wife and her minor daughter Ku.Arya, the trial Court after having held that respondent No.1 is duly weeded wife of the applicant and further finding that respondent No.2 who is daughter of the applicant and respondent No.1 is unable to maintain herself granted Rs.2000/- per month as maintenance. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that respondent No.1 be directed to utilize the said amount for welfare of respondent No.2. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the said amount is being utilized in various needs including schooling, food and clothing of respondent No.2.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, in view of

submission made on behalf of the respondents that amount is being utilized for welfare of respondent No.2 and Rs.2,000/- per month is just, fair and reasonable. I do not find any merit in the revision petition. 5.

Consequently, the revision being without merit is liable to and is accordingly dismissed.
