1. The limited grievance that the counsel for the petitioner in the present has, is the alleged encroachment and illegal construction that the Respondent No. 3 is making on Plot No. 49 at Narmada Nagar, Bilaspur, C.G.

2. At this juncture, the counsel for the Municipal Corporation enters appearance and submits that he has instruction and stated that the writ petition may be disposed off and that the Respondent No. 2 shall be taking appropriate steps in respect of the complaint made by the

-2petitioner. That after due verification of facts and enquiry appropriate action if necessary would be taken.

3. Given the said submission by the counsel for the Respondent No. 2, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the Respondent No. 2 to look into the complaint of the petitioner and shall after due verification and enquiry take appropriate remedial measures for redressing the grievance of the petitioner, which includes ensuring that any construction which is being made by the Respondent No. 3 would be strictly in accordance with law.

4. It is expected that the Respondent No. 2 shall take appropriate decision at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
