The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.166/2020, registered at Police Station Lalbagh, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 376 & 506 Part II of IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
