Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application dated 10.04.2019 before respondent No.3/Nazul Officer, Patthalgaon which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, respondent No.3/Nazul Officer, Patthalgaon is directed to consider and dispose off the petitioner's application as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after hearing all affected parties.
