After going through the application which is supported by the affidavit of the applicant, I am satisfied that the applicant is able to explain sufficient reasons for non-appearance of his counsel on 06.05.2019 Accordingly, the MCC is allowed and W.P(C) No.653 of 2019 is restored to its original number.
