This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.202/2015, registered at Police Outpost-Sargaon, Police Station-Pathariya, District-Mungeli (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for fairly long time when the Court was inclined to pass order on merits, submits that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial. 3.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Since three witnesses have already been examined, the trial

Court will do well and conclude the trial as early as possible keeping in view the applicant is in jail since 5.9.2015. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
