Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 20/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the respondent No. 2- Director, Public Education Directorate, Raipur is not taking any steps against respondent No. 4 pursuant to the report submitted by the respondent No. 3- District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon, dated 02.05.2017 and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent No. 2 to take appropriate steps.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly

allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Director, Public Education Directorate, Raipur is directed to consider the report and take appropriate steps strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
