Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 27/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to file a fresh application before the respondent authorities for renewal of the FL-4(A) Bar License and also directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider the same expeditiously.

Learned State counsel would submit that if the petitioner prefers a representation, it will be considered and decided expeditiously.

Be that as it may, in view of the aforesaid submissions, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's case/representation expeditiously. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to make an additional representation before the said authorities for the renewal of his bar license.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
