Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, at the outset, submits that after filing of the contempt petition, the Divisional Forest Officer has examined petitioner's case and in compliance of the direction of the Court, vide memo dated 1.8.2018, pension case of the petitioner has been prepared and forwarded to the office of Divisional Joint Director, Treasury,

-2Accounts and Pension, Bastar, Jagdalpur.

2. In view of the development subsequent to filing of the contempt petition, this contempt petition is disposed off at this stage and rule is discharged.
