Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 21/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application under Section 32(5) of the Panchayati Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 before the Collector and Chief Executive Officer on 14.07.2017 but it has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to consider the same expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Collector and the Chief Executive Officer are directed to look into the matter and proceed further in accordance with law expeditiously.
