1. Perused the PUD dated 11.06.2020, received from the office of Jail Superintendent, Dhamtari (C.G.), wherein it has been informed that the appellant has already been released from jail on 05.02.2016 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court.

2. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that since the appellant has already been released from jail after completion of his entire jail sentence, therefore, he does not want to press the instant appeal.

3. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
