Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 09/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this writ petition calling in question the legality of the order dated 20.12.2005 passed by the Board of Revenue, Chhattisgarh. 2.

As there is inordinate delay of more than eleven years in filing the writ petition, the cause of which has not been explained and also in Para-7 of the petition it is conveniently declared that there is no delay in filing the writ petition, this Court has no other option than to dismiss the writ petition on the ground of delay and laches.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
