1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the brother of the petitioner namely Narendra Singh Chouhan, who was working as Assistant Teacher Panchayat, died in harness on 11.05.2017. Since the deceased was unmarried, therefore, the petitioner being his brother made an application for compassionate appointment on 04.08.2017 before the respondent No.4. At this moment, the petitioner only prays

that the said application for compassionate appointment since has not been decided, the same may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time.

3. I have learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the documents.

4. Perusal of the documents would show that the brother of the petitioner died on 11.05.2017 vide Annexure P-2 and the application for compassionate appointment was filed on 04.08.2017 before the respondent No.4 vide Annexue P-3. Considering the facts of this case, without any observation on the merits, it is directed that respondent No.4 shall decide the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
