Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 27/09/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made several representations to the respondent authorities for the release of amount of compensation payable to him in lieu of his land but till date despite passing of award by respondent No. 3- SDO (Revenue)/ Land Acquisition Officer on 01.06.2013, no compensation has been paid to him and, therefore, directions may be issued to the respondent authorities to consider the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Naya Raipur Development Authority is directed to take decision on the petitioner's representation expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
