Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 27/10/17 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State would submit that the petitioner's case for regularization to the post of Gardener has been rejected by order dated 25.10.2017 on the ground that the petitioner has not completed the prescribed service tenure needed for regularization as per the Government circular dated 05.03.2008. 2.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he may be supplied with copy of the order dated 25.10.2017 so that he may question that order in accordance with law.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, learned State counsel is directed to supply copy of the order to the petitioner and the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the order dated 25.10.2017 in accordance with law. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt petition is closed at this stage. No order as to cost(s).
