It is common ground amongst appearing parties that in respect of the same location for which an advertisement for allotment of retail outlet has been issued by the Oil Company, this Court has entertained WPC No.1863/2019 and direction has been issued for deciding the complaint filed by one Shubham Agrawal. 2.
Learned counsel for the parties would agree that since the concerned Oil Company BPCL shall be deciding the objection preferred by Shubham Agrawal pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in WPC No.1658/2019, the objections raised by the present petitioner should also be decided along with. 3.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction that while deciding the objection preferred by Shubham Agrawal, the petitioner in WPC No.1658/2019, the concerned Oil Company shall also decide the petitioner's complaint, which the petitioner has already preferred vide Annexure-P-2. If the objection raised by Shubham Agrawal is already decided, petitioner's objection shall be separately decided within 2 months.
