No. 142 of 2013 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 22.04.2019. (3) On due consideration of the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of applicant' counsel on 22.04.2019 when Writ Petition (Cr.) No. 142 of 2013 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds.

(4) M.C.C. No. 544/2019, therefore, is allowed and Writ Petition (Cr.) No. 142 of 2013 is restored to its original number with no interim order.
