Petitioner is alleging that he has been shifted from his present place of posting to Flying Squad, Forest Division, Manendragarh. The order has been assailed on the ground of malafides which is alleged against the respondent No.4, who has passed the impugned order.

Although, this Court had earlier directed an enquiry to be conducted by the Chief Conservator of Forest and a copy of the report has been shown to the Court, which is retained in the file of this writ petition, yet considering the fact that an interim order is operative in petitioner's favour for last more than 2 months, ends of justice would be served if the petition is disposed of with direction that the petitioner shall raise his grievances against the impugned posting/transfer order before the respondent No.2, Conservator of Forest, Ambikapur within 15 days from today and thereafter the said respondent No.2 shall decide the same objectively, by a speaking order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 4 weeks thereafter.

Till the representation is decided or for a period of 6 weeks, whichever is earlier, the interim order passed earlier shall continue.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
