This is an appeal under Section 14(A) of the STSC Act for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellants as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No. 03 of 2021 registered at Police Station AJAK, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh for commission of offenses punishable under Sections 294, 506, 456 of IPC and 3(1)(r) of STSC Act.

Shri Devershi Thakur, learned counsel for the appellants submits that this appeal has rendered infructuous as both the appellants were arrested during pendency of this appeal, and seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of bail application.

Accordingly, CRA - 767 of 2021 is dismissed as having become infructuous. Certified copy as per rules.
