1. This is an application for restoration of Contempt Case No. 382/2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 01.09.2017.

2. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the

restoration application, it is allowed and Contempt Case No. 382/2016 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs. 1000/- to the High Court of Chhattisgarh Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society within a period of one week.
