1. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No. 179 of 2014 registered at P.S. Hasod, District Janjgir Champa(C.G) for the offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 407 IPC.

2. As per the prosecution case, the applicant who was working as Principal in a Model Convent School, Nariyara has prepared counterfeit signature of Nodal Officer and thereafter made a withdrawal of Rs.32,400/-.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and in fact the offence has been committed by some other person of the office staff. He further submits that the charge sheet in this case has been filed and the applicant is in jail since 05.12.2015, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail.

4. Per contra, learned State Counsel opposes the bail application.

5. Taking into totality of the facts and circumstances and degree of allegations levelled against the applicant and also considering the fact that the charge sheet in this case has been filed and the applicant is in jail since 05.12.2015, I am inclined to release him on bail.

6. The applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court as and when directed by the said Court.
