(1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 32/2010 registered at Police Station Chando, District Balrampur for the offences punishable under Sections 392 & 397of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act. (2) Looking to the nature & gravity of the offence; and the manner in which the broad day light robbery is said to have been committed by the applicant and consequent recovery from him, I

am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Thus, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Certified copy, as per rules.
