Agrawal Order On Board 06/10/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that against the impugned order dated 23.08.2017 passed by respondent No.4 i.e. Additional Collector, Mungeli under Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 the appeal would lie before

the State Government under Order 18(2) of the said order. (2) In view of that, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file an appeal before the State Government under Order 18(2) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 and they may also file an application for grant of interim relief before the said authority.

(3) The certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.

(4) Certified copy today.
