Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 10/10/17 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint to the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaigarh on 17.11.2016 which is pending consideration since long and has not been considered and decided till date. Therefore, directions may be issued to take decision on the said complaint expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Bilaigarh is directed to take decision on the petitioner's complaint in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
