1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.262/2014 (ST No.34/2014 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Sarangarh), registered at Police Station Sarangarh, Distt. Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the IPC.
2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and since all the witnesses have already been examined, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the bail application by directing the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.
3. Ordered accordingly.
